Just so you know, the second part of Spike Lee’s Hurricane Katrina documentary, ‘When The Levees Broke: A Requiem In Four Acts,’ is playing tomorrow night on Prime TV at 9:35. You really shouldn’t miss it. The first part that aired last week showed the devastation that occured once the hurricane hit New Orleans. Now we get the aftermath in Acts III and IV.
