I talked how much I liked The Very Best’s ‘Warm Heart of Africa’ last week and now we have a new track off their album which is available now to purchase in digital format. Apart from the drums of ‘Rain Dance,’ the track is a little more subdued than ‘Warm Heart of Africa.’ This time, it’s M.I.A’s turn to step up and take hold, complimenting and playing off of Esau Mwamwaya’s contrasting dialect and singing lines like, “I need your water to clean and baptise me.”
The Very Best’s debut album, ‘Warm Heart of Africa’ will be available on CD and vinyl in the US on October 6.
