While I spent most of the day dealing with some other shit, I completely forgot to announce this. That could be because overall the line-up was pretty underwhelming. The big names include Muse and Lily Allen and they will be joined by Peaches, Groove Armada, The Decemberists, Calvin Harris, Rise Against, The Horrors & Kasabian. Also, looks like The Mars Volta are going for some sort of Big Day Out record. What is this, the fourth time now? Personal favs include Dizzee Rascal and Mastodon, both of whom are touring in support of excellent new releases. Also, it would kill if Dizzee & Lily team up for ‘Wanna Be,’ although somehow I don’t see that happening. Full line-up and ticket details after the jump. Opinions are welcome.
