New Zealand, I don’t get you. Right now the new song from Ke$ha, which I’ve tried to avoid for as long as possible, has been sitting at number one on the iTunes singles chart for almost a week. You might remember Ke$ha (real name, Kesha Sebert) from Flo Rida’s ‘Right Round,’ a song which spent more than it’s fair share of time at the top of the New Zealand charts. The first line from ‘Tik Tok’ is “wake up in the morning, feeling like P. Diddy.” Another line rhymes crunk with drunk, with how the boys want her junk.
What else? She sort of has the same hair as Taylor Swift, but just a little punkier. Not overly memorable in regards to looks, but that’s just my opinion. There’s probably a few people Google image searching her as we speak. So yeah, just in case you needed a new dose of trashy pop rebellion a la ‘I Kissed A Girl’ (Dr. Luke coincidentally produced both songs, and Ke$ha also appears in Perry’s video), then look no further. The worst part? I actually kind of like it. Just don’t say I didn’t warn you.
