Vampire Weekend have announced that they will play a one-off show at Auckland’s Bruce Mason Centre on Thursday April 29. The concert is part of a tour to promote their brand new album Contra, which recently debuted at number one in the US and number 12 in New Zealand. The show will also be all-ages which is pretty great for the kids but potentially troublesome for everyone else. Tickets are on sale Monday February 22 with pre-sales for Frontier members going on sale a few days earlier on February 18. Snap ‘em up.
