There were about 100 or so people waiting in line to hopefully score themselves a place inside Neil Finn’s Roundhead Studios to see The Cribs – the gist being that you had to get there early or risk being turned away. The group, now complete with ex-Smiths legend Johnny Marr as a permanent guitarist, played a 12-song set that kept the crowd happy throughout the show. They were pretty great actually. I’m just glad no one yelled out “Bigmouth Strikes Again.”
