APRA have tonight announced that Anna Coddington, Aaradhna, Lorde, Phoenix Foundation and Tattletale Saints are the five finalists for this year’s Silver Scroll Award. After an anonymous judging panel decided on the award longlist back in July, these five artists were decided upon by APRA voters, who also determine the winner of the prestigious prize. This year the event will take place at Vector Arena on Tuesday October 15 and, as usual, will see cover versions of the five Silver Scroll finalists as well as the APRA Maioha Award and SOUNZ Contemporary Award winning songs. Here’s the top five nominees with links to their songs.
