Latest NZ On Air Making Tracks Funding Decisions – April 2014


The latest NZ On Air funding decisions are in for April. This month saw 23 projects get the go-ahead for Making Tracks funding which will see 16 artists receive up to $10,000 for recording a song and making a video and the other seven artists will receive $6,000 to make a video. Find the full list below.

The following artists and projects will receive up to $10,000 to record a song and make a video:

• Anna Coddington/Slate
• Baitercell/I Don’t Believe In Ghosts featuring Kevin Mark Trail
• Die! Die! Die!/Get Hit
• Doprah/I Will Be A Figure 8
• Eden Mulholland/Utopia
• I Am Giant/Standing In The Sun
• Jackie Thomas/Stars
• Jeremy Redmore/Run, Run
• Matthias Jordan/Sharp Colour
• Princess Chelsea/We Are Strangers
• Rackets/Cult Of Rackets
• Signer/Happiness Is A Mess
• The Emilys/Deal With The Devil
• The Eversons/Emily
• Tipene/Pioneers featuring Tyna Keelan, DLT & Dam Native
• Whistlejacket/She Likes Pop Art

The following artists and projects will receive $6,000 to make a video:

• Black River Drive/Grenade
• Brown/Kosmonavt
• Jason Eli/Don’t Let Nobody Tell You
• Liam Finn/Burn Up The Road
• Midnight Gallery/Stuck In Our Ways
• Stan Walker/Bully
• Zen Mantra/Best Friends Forever
