On Your Own could be on there too, Blur 1997, is my fav album of theirs!

Crikey. I listened to the rest of the album, ‘Constellations’. Its _markedly_ different to this track — it’s mostly all early-mid-80s goth-y rock in the vein of Bauhaus / Banshees / Killing Joke. It gets a little bit more 4AD on side B (Modern English) or even Cranes in their more subdued moments. And ‘Bright. Lights’ is sequenced perfectly in the “take it down a notch to close-out side A of the LP” position.
