It’s not exactly a comeback but ever since signing to Kanye’s G.O.O.D music imprint, Pusha T has had a resurgence, now with the audience he’s always deserved to reach. What we’re talking about are some of the strongest tracks from last years MBDTF (‘So Appalled’, ‘Runaway’) and a bunch of verses from the weekly GOOD FRIDAY series (‘Christian Dior Denim Flow’, ‘Looking For Trouble’, ‘Take One For The Team’). Fear Of God is Pusha’s first solo mixtape and it’s filled with freestyles over older tracks like ‘Can I Live’ and ‘Money On My Mind’. It’s also a pretty good reminder that verses aren’t his only craft; in fact it’s when he focuses on the tracks as a whole that we get the best results.
