Hey, look what we forgot to post about! Last week David Dallas released The Rose Tint, his sophomore album which is coincidentally available to download for free with absolutely no strings attached. This thing is just incredible. The Bubble comes from Rhombus’ forthcoming sampler CD Rhombus In Dub: Volume 1 (which also features Optimus Gryme) and on it Rhombus provide the perfect type of beat (raw drums surrounded by spacey synth splurts) for Rodney P to just dominate this thing. For example: “I’m usually surrounded in smoke like Mt. Fuji/weeded, I know my brain cells depleted/and that’s even though the cess I smoke was deseeded.” Besides, any press release for an upcoming tour that says “shows go till the venue tells us to stop” deserves to be talked about. The Gladeyes have confirmed that their debut album ‘Psychosis of Love’ will be released on November 9, via Little Chief Records. Pretty great news as far as we’re concerned and from what we’ve heard about it so far you should be excited too. The group are also playing a few dates across the country over the next month so don’t miss out.
